Commission Tracker is an organizational tool. It does not provide payroll, tax, accounting, employment, or legal advice. You should verify commission payments, payroll rules, and tax obligations with the appropriate employer or professional advisor.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for backing up any information you consider important and for confirming that commission records are submitted according to your employer’s requirements.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the app over time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the app, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PazWorks is not responsible for lost income, missed commissions, inaccurate entries, employer disputes, data loss, or other damages arising from use of the app.

Intellectual Property

Commission Tracker, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by PazWorks. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law or platform terms.
